dc.description.abstract In this project we are using LDR, which varies according to the amount of light falling on its surface and LDR senses the variation. The specially equipped LDR sensors in the room detect the presence of a person. LM35 temperature sensor is used to sense the temperature. Here we use Micro controller (ATmega16A) to monitor the temperature sensor LM35 and LDR modules. When the LDR sensing modules are activated, presence of person is detected and the light in room gets lit if the intensity of light in the room goes low. The fan in the room turns on when LDR sensors gets activated, that is turning on the fan only depends on the presence of the individual in the room. The light and fan, both turn off when the individual leaves the room. en_US
